Due to the nature of our products, including essential oils, herbal powders, syrups, and other health-related items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. These products are considered consumable and hygiene-sensitive, and cannot be resold once opened or handled.

However, we want to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product, or
• A refund to your original payment method

Please note that claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened essential oil bottles
• Herbal powders or syrups
• Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or external factors. However, we will assist in tracking your shipment and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
